Home Inspection

Your home inspection will take around 3 hours to complete. It is recommended that you be present during the home inspection. I will be present too, to help with any questions. The cost of your inspection will vary as it is calculated by the square footage of your home, but it will be in the region of $450 for a standard sized home.
 

The Home Inspector will walk you through the inspection, explaining to you what he is doing and why. If this is your first home purchase in Canada, be aware that houses in Canada might have different systems, attributes and appliances that you are not used to (such as a furnaces, jetted tub, central vacuum sytsems, etc). He will explain how to use these and how to look after them. The Home Inspector knows Canadian homes inside out and will answer any questions you have about your new home.
 

The Home Inspection is valuable, not only because it gives you peace of mind that your house is sound, but it also teaches you a great deal about your new home.
