Some years back, I emigrated from the UK to Okotoks, Alberta, Canada, with my partner, Janet Clarke.  Along the way, we learned a great deal about ourselves and about the process of dismantling our lives in one country and establishing them again in another.  As we have been through the process of relocating ourselves, we feel we can pass on our experiences to others, whether you are moving here from elsewhere in Alberta or Canada, the USA, the UK or elsewhere overseas.
