My main objective is to give your home maximum exposure so it gets seen by as many potential buyers as possible. 
 

 Because well over 90% of  buyers start their searches on line, your home will be:

• listed on Realtor.ca, one of the most widely used property search engines by potential buyers
   
• listed on RE/MAX.ca, the number one real estate website with over 10 million hits per month
   
• listed on the Point2Homes real estate website, which also syndicates out my listings to a series of other top real estate websites
   
• shown as a feature listing on my website
   
• listed on my office website
   
• included on my blog and Facebook, significantly and instantly extending the reach of your home
   
• All of the above will feature high quality photographs - no longer do you have to put up with a small number of poorly taken photographs.  The photographs that I will have taken will help you sell your home more quickly and for a better price.

My web based advertising will be complemented by more traditional methods such as:

• local newspaper advertising  
   
• inclusion on any local REALTOR® open house tour.  I will also host an open house for the general public  
   

Professional Advice
 

• I will advise how you can prepare your home for sale and provide you with a free “Fit To Sell DVD" if required.
   
• I will schedule appointments with other REALTORS® who wish to show your home
   
• I will constantly be thinking of new and innovative ways to market your property
   
• I will communicate frequently and keep you informed throughout the whole process
   

When An Offer Comes In
 

I will present the proposed offer to you and discuss it in detail with you.  I will negotate on your behalf to obtain the best deal possible.  The process may go backwards and forwards several times before an acceptable outcome is agreed.  Once an offer has been agreed, it is usual for the buyer to provide an initial deposit.  This will be held by my brokerage in Trust.
 

If you need help finding a lawyer, I can assist you.  Once one has been appointed, I will arrange for the contract and all the relevant paperwork to be sent to them.
 

On the day that you move out of your property, I will be on hand to liaise with you and your lawyer, to ensure a smooth transition to the new owners.
